NME does not migrate to public folders either, if the data does migrate, you would need to migrate it to a user’s mailbox in Exchange.

Resolution
WORKAROUND
1- Define ‘public folder’ template as an archive type in NME
2- Locate the NSF as an archive
- Please follow the article describe in SOL27457 title "How Do I Specify Per-User Locations for Notes Source Data?" Section => For Archives.
3- Migrate it to the target Exchange server as a new user

Additional Information
The migrated data may not be in a format that is usable in Exchange.
ACL is migrated if the template type matches a mail file closely enough. If this template is too customized, NME may not be able to determine what the ACLs are.
