Description
Mail profile element does not process and returns an error code in the sltrace.htm of:
Return Code: [-1073741819] Could not create MAPI object! [-2146959355][Server execution failed]

Cause
The application that helps with processing mail profiles needs to be re-registered. -
Resolution
Open a command prompt on the affected workstation
- From C:\Program Files (x86)\ScriptLogic\Common run the command:
- ScriptLogic.MapiServer.exe /RegServer or ScriptLogic.MapiServer64.exe /RegServer for a 64bit version of Outlook
- Then logoff and logon the affected system and confirm if the mail profile was created correctly.
