There is no workload metric in the Databases dashboard (Global View) or workload column appears as "n/a".
There are 3 common reasons for missing the workload information for a database agent.
RESOLUTION 1
1. Go to Databases dashboard and select the instance having an issue | Agent settings (or Adminster agents if on an older version of FMS) | Administration
2. From Administration page, go to Connection Details
3. Check the monitored instance and click the "Validate connectivity"

Please see KB 93396 for information on detecting and deleting duplicate DB topologies.
RESOLUTION 3:
Drill down into the database agent's SQL PI page and begin to troubleshoot the error based on any error that is found there.
