"Instance Utilization" CPU is 0 when db2sysc process reporting higher
Description
On Instance level Database CPU is reported as 0 seen on "Instance Utilization" CPU graph when db2sysc process reporting 93 CPU%.
Cause
The DB2 agent at the instance level shows the instance cpu composed from all of the monitored databases. This is the supported configuration for the metric since in order to recognize the real databases used cpu the agent must first to connect to it.
Resolution
The CPU collected and displayed for a monitored instance is the CPU for only the monitored databases under that instance. The instance CPU does not include the CPU for any databases that are under the instance, and are not monitored.
