Getting a “License has expired” error when trying activate Toad with license key. License key is a Term License Key.
Cause

Term License Key has expired.
Resolution

If your Company/Organization has renewed the term license, please contact Quest Licensing for an updated term license key. Please include your current License Number.

If your Company/Organization needs to renew your current term license or if you need additional licenses, please contact your Account Manager at Quest Sales or email sales@quest.com for a quote.
