Symptom
User is unable to see the StoragePoint Details in OneDrive for Business library.
Resolution
Change the view experience to Classic.
Ensure that externalization is enabled for the StoragePoint profile by doing the following:
Open Central Administration, then navigate to Application Management > Metalogix SharePoint > Storage profiles.
Select the affected profile and make sure the Externalize content BLOBs option is set to Yes.
