Description
When opening the Job Manager, clicking Windows Task issues an exception error:
- The current version of the native library (1.3) does not support the original or minimum version of the ".NET Framework NGEN v4.0.30319" Task (1.4/1.4)

Cause
The task scheduler cannot connect remotely if the current version is lower than the remote version. -
Resolution
The task scheduler manager depends on the OS version. If you have installed the Litespeed console on a Windows 7 machine, you may not be able to use the task scheduler of a Windows 2016 server, but it can work the opposite way. If managing the task scheduler from the Litespeed console is required
