Foglight for MySQL dashboard is showing an error when using the Explain Plan feature (4299809)

Foglight for MySQL dashboard is showing a generic error (An error has occurred. Please check your logs.) when trying to use the Explain Plan feature for a SQL Statement.

FMS (Management Server) logs show an error similar to this:

FglAM (Agent Manager) logs show an error like this:

MySQL agent log doesn't show any identifiable error.

Confirm the MySQL Agent properties under the Administration section are correct.

1. Navigate to the Agent Status dashboard (Navigation Panel | Dashboards | Administration | Agents | Agent Status)
2. Look up the affected MySQL agent and select it.
3. Click on Edit Properties.
4. In the next screen, click on Modify the private properties for this agent.
5. Once in edit mode, look up the Administration section.
6. Make sure Enable Explain Plans is enabled, the Admin User is correct and doesn't have any spaces and re-enter the Password for this administration account. See screenshot below.
7. Click the Save button in the bottom-right corner.
