Long logon delays are experienced when logging onto particular workstations or member servers. The Script does complete without any error messages. The delay is only occurring on certain workstations or member servers.
The logon delay is caused by the ScriptLogic client side service on the workstation or member server being in a stopped status in the Windows services. Because the ScriptLogic client side service is used to elevate the permissions for certain elements being applied on the workstation, a delay will result due to the service being stopped.
Logon to the workstation or member server that is affected. Via Start | Run type Services.msc to open the services control panel. Verify that the ScriptLogic Service (client-side) is in a “Started” status and that the start type is set to “Automatic”.
