This code is received when the target field includes needed arguments, for example:
Target C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe https://support.quest.com
Target arguments (empty)
When Desktop Authority tries to evaluate the target it cannot find the program and it fails because it is searching for the whole line.
To avoid this code, the target field must include only the program location and the arguments may include any needed additional information:
Target: C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe
Target arguments: https://support.quest.com
Save and replicate any changes made to let it take effect in the profile.
