Can't connect to couchbase using erwin DM NoSQL (4298436)

I have trouble connecting to Couchbase. The connection keeps spinning and returns with "There was a problem processing your request" message.

Please check if your machine is publicly accessible.

When a machine is publicly accessible means it is able to be pinged and connected to from outside of a corporate firewall and is not locked down to a particular IP address range. Since NoSQL is a cloud-based application, for the connection issues, we look at whether or not can access it from outside.

Otherwise, you may need to perform a file-based (on-premise captured via INFER command) reverse engineer instead.
