How do you change the file name that appears when adding a table in Version Control?

Versions 4.6 and below:
During the setup for the Version Control Wizard you will be prompted for the file name format. It will be in the following format by default: [{Database}].[{Schema}].[{Object Name}].
The format can be changed in the Wizard or you can also find this in the options menu under Tools | Options | Version Control | Defaults.
Versions > 4.6:
This functionality was removed, however, enhancement request TSS-1038 has been submitted for consideration to re-introduce this feature.
