Providing sample data and logs to support can speed up the troubleshooting process significantly. The aim of getting sample data is to debug and reproduce the issue in the Support/Dev labs, this makes it easier to understand if the problem is related to the product's code or configuration which will help us find the cause of the issue much quicker.
