In the New Source Wizard, when accessing backup media by using Legato NetWorker, the database extraction (the Database Extraction Progress step of the wizard) takes a very long time to complete.
An error in the Recovery Manager code, which results in a very long extraction of the transaction .log files from the backup.
WORKAROUND:
A hotfix is available for this issue. To obtain this hotfix, contact Quest Technical Support at support@quest.com.
STATUS:
Waiting for a fix in a future release of Recovery Manager for Exchange.
