"Value of context key availableFglAMs is null" message when adding a database agent -
Description
There is a red "Value of context key availableFglAMs is null" message at the top of the DB dashboard when attempting to add a new SQL Server agent. -
Cause
CAUSE 1
The SPIRepository_Windows64 cartridge is disabled.
CAUSE 2
The DB Agent or Agent Manager is down or inaccessible (perhaps uninstalled).

Resolution
RESOLUTION 1
- Navigate to Administration | Cartridges | Cartridge Inventory
- Enable the highest version level SPIRepository and SPIRepository_Windows64 cartridges.
RESOLUTION 2
- Ensure all Agent Managers have been upgraded with the latest Cartridge packages for their deployed agents.
- Delete and recreate the DB agent on a working Agent Manager.
- Ensure the Agent Managers for all DB agents are running.
- One or more FglAM restarts may be required.
- Use the Agent Status to check all Agents are Activated and Collecting, and not in a 'Rogue' or 'Broken' state.
- Delete and redeploy any DB agents that cannot be fixed where possible.
