Error received the Failover process:

"5048 ADSI Error. Code: 0x80070005. Description: Access is denied. Extended: 00002098: SecErr: DSID-0315141D, problem 4003 (INSUFF_ACCESS_RIGHTS), data 0. Provider: LDAP Provider."
Resolution

Verify that inheritable rights are enabled on the Users that are being switched the Failover Store.
