Database alarms (alerts) appear in the alarms area for a database instance but no emails are received for the alarm.
The alarms area in the Global Administration area of the database dashboard was not configured.

Email and alarm settings for multiple agents can be set concurrently by enabling multiple agent checkboxes in the database dashboard prior to clicking the Administer Agents button.
