RMAD failed to backup after upgrading to 2016 DC
Description

After upgrading the existing DC to Windows Server 2016, RMAD Backup failed with the following error

"Failed to connect to backup agent: Cannot establish connection to the backup agent"

Agent can be reinstalled successfully

Port and Telnet testing was successful
Cause

User Rights Assignment changed for Access this computer from network
Resolution
1. Open gpmc.msc
2. Edit Domain Controller Policy
3. Navigate to User Rights Assignment
4. Policy Name Access This Computer from the Network
5. Assign the User or Group for the Service Account to Run the Backup
