RMAD failed to backup after upgrading to 2016 DC -
Description
After upgrading the existing 2012 DC to 2016, RMAD Backup failed with following error
"Failed to connect to backup agent: Cannot establish connection to the backup agent"
Agent can be reinstalled successfully
Port and Telnet testing was successful

Cause
User Rights Assignment changed for Access this computer from network -
Resolution
- Open gpmc.msc
- Edit Domain Controller Policy
- Navigate to User Rights Assignment
- Policy Name Access This Computer from the Network
- Assign the User or Group for the Service Account to Run the Backup
