How to export profile and element information.
Reporting can be used to run a report on profile and element information. The Reporting tool is located within the Desktop Authority Manager in version 7.x-8.x. In Desktop Authority 9.x, the Reporting tool is installed separately and is accessible via the Start menu or desktop shortcut named Desktop Authority Reporting.
Prior to running any reports, Data Collection must be enabled. Follow the Knowledge Base article to enable Data Collection:

Browse the Pre-defined Reports and select Profile. A full report for User or Computer profiles can be run by selecting Profile Full Detail or Summary. Only one profile report can be run at a time. If there are multiple profiles, a report must be run for each profile individually.
Expanding Profile displays profile objects and a report can be run for specific objects such as Drive Mapping elements. As with the profile report, a report can be run for elements for only one profile at a time. If multiple profiles are present and a report is to be run for drive mappings, a report must be run for each profile.
Reports can be exported to various formats. While in a report view, select the File menu and Export. Select the File Format drop down and select from the formats available. Select the Export Location and select ok.
