Hyper V - Optimizer Abandoned VMs dashboard displays a message "An error has occurred. Please check your logs." -
Description
In Hyper-V Environment -> Optimizer -> Abandoned VM tab, instead of data it displays "An error has occurred. Please check your logs."
In the logs:

Cause
Cartridges for Resource Optimization were probably not installed in the correct order. -
Resolution
In the Cartridge Inventory:
Disable these cartridges the following order:HyperV-Optimizer-5_7_0.carOptimizer-5_7_0.carCommonAnalytics-5_7_0.carOptimizerAutomation-5_7_0.carThen, enable in the reverse order:OptimizerAutomation-5_7_0.carCommonAnalytics-5_7_0.carOptimizer-5_7_0.carHyperV-Optimizer-5_7_0.carIf this error persist, verify the cartridge files did not get corrupted during download and reinstall.
