Resolution 1
Apply required permissions as per 'System Requirements' in the MNE Quick-Start Guide.
Resolution 2
If Exchange is installed in a domain different from the AD root domain, try explicitly giving the migration account 'Full Access' permission to the problematic mailboxes.
