Customer would like to shut down a shadow system to perform system maintenance and wants to know what to do as far as Netbase is concerned.
On the shadow system:
Logoff all users and processes (except the Netbase job).
NETBASE IS DOWN: COMMAND IGNORED
You can now shut down the shadow system using your normal shutdown procedure(s). Any newly shadowed transactions will queue up on the master system until network services and the Netbase job are re-started on the shadow system. Customer should make sure there is an ample amount of disc space on the system volume set on the master system. Transactions queueing on the master system will be kept in EQ###### files on the system volume set.
Netbase version 9.8 or 10.0
