The PI dashboard doesn't show data in the UI, but the SQL performance dashboard does -
Description
The PI dashboard doesn't show data or error message in the UI, but the SQL performance dashboard (PI disabled) does show data collected. Timezone in the Linux (CentOS 6) server does not match the timezone in the FMS JVM and/or FglAM JVM.
Expanding the nodes in the Performance Tree shows "No Dimension Activity".
The FMS logs shows these types of messages in the logs:

Cause
Timezone configuration in the server is not correctly configured.
/etc/timezone might be a copy of the timezone file instead of a soft link to the corresponding timezone file in /usr/share/zoneinfo/*

Resolution
After Timezone configuration are corrected at the OS level, restart FMS, FglAM and PI repository.
