Cause
We need to collect logs for further analysis -
Resolution
1. Download and extract the executable
2. Right-click and run it as administrator
3. If we use Windows Authentication, leave the password blank for both the Exchange database and HSM database. Enter the credentials if you use SQL Authentication.
4. Wait until all files are collected. Once the tool is done collecting the information, it will automatically close the command prompt, and you will find the logs in a zip under the same directory where we extracted the Log Collector executable.
