Symptom:
The error is raised by SMTP server when accessed for email notifications.
Resolution:
suggest to user they should contact their internal support to check if there were any changes recently made on SMTP server or if Account has been deactivated
Open Erwin Collector Configuration and ensure active email account is used
Rerun Batch script
