I am trying to configure my Oracle mart and it is not working. My martserverupgrade.log file is responding ORA-12514, TNS:listener does not currently know of service requested in connect descriptor -
Resolution
Problem:
I am trying to configure my Oracle mart and it is not working. My martserverupgrade.log file is responding:
ORA-12514, TNS: listener does not currently know of service requested in connect descriptor
Solution:the database name is the Oracle service name. Once the correct service name was typed for the database name then the mart configure window was able to be configured.
