Resolution
Exporting files from Metalogix Archive Manager Files Edition
1. Open the Archive Manager for Files console
2. Connect to the appropriate file server
3. Select Archive view from the bottom
Note: This process can also be done in the Archive-Restore tab if the files or shortcuts for the files still exist on the file server. If files are no longer on the archive server however you will only see them in the Archive view
4. Navigate to the directory containing the files that need to be exported
5. Right click on the directory and choose Get version to folder
a. Select the option for Recursively if you need to export folders and files in lower folders as well
b. Choose the location where you want to save the files
c. If there are a large amount of file you want to increase the number of threads. Threads should not be increased beyond 4 in most cases as it will result in a performance bottleneck with SQL
6. Click OK. Files should begin exporting
