Description
Unable to skip "protocolSettings" attribute in the Synchronization job, however this functionality was availble in earlier versions of QMM.

Cause
The "protocolSettings" can not be skipped if the target Exchange org is Exchange 2010. This restriction is due to the way mbredir works with this attribute in Exchange 2010 environments. This change has been in place since version 8.6. Since QMM version 8.6, the "protocolSettings" attribute cannot be skipped for any of the supported target org versions of Exchange.
