When selecting the option to stop the DSA it continues within a stopping state and does not actually stop regardless of how long you wait after selecting stop.
This can be caused by many different factors which include loss of connectivity.
The resolution would be to close down the QMM GUI and then stop and restart all DSA services. Please ensure all corresponding DSA services are stopped and restarted as often there is more than one DSA involved and the wrong DSA services are stopped and started. Once this has been carried out open the QMM GUI and select the option to stop.

The steps from the SOL93861 should be tried as last resort, only after contacting support (via support ticket) and after creating a backup of the adam database.
