You have setup Free/Busy for Office 365 and have populated the subdomain for notes into the Office 365, Exchange Organization, Sharing, Organization Sharing field.
Free/Busy requests do not appear to leave Office 365
Resolution
When configuring Free/Busy requests with Office 365 you need to make sure that the availability address space is setup correctly. This is performed via Powershell and not via the Office 365 Exchange admin center. Further information on how to setup the availability address space for Office 365 can be found here.
