Source Lotus Notes message may have the following fonts with font-size 11
1- Calibri
2- Arial
3- Times New Roman
The message is sent from Lotus Notes to Outlook and CMN Mail Connector is modified the message. However, the font remains the same but the font-size changed from 11 to 10.

Outlook interprets HTML that Lotus Notes is emitting -
Resolution
When the advanced logging (MIME) is enabled for CMN Mail Connector, you will see the original message and modified message:

STATUS
Enhancement request TFS327723 has been submitted to Development as a document bug and it will be added as Known Limitation in a future release of Coexistence Manager for Notes.
