Manual backup fails with "Backup operation has been cancelled due to logoff, restart, or shutdown on the Recovery Manager computer" when the user running the backup logs off. -
Cause
This is currently by design as a manual backup runs under the context of the user, when the user logs off the process ends. -
Resolution
Enhancement ID PT128480027 has been submitted to consider the possibility to run the manual backups using a service instead of the logged on user. This will be considered for a future release of the product. -
