When I run Schema Compare on Toad for SQL Server 5.0.0.444, I get errors.

When I perform or do a Schema Compare in Toad for SQL Server 5.0.0.444, it crashes with the errors below. I do not get the errors in TSS 4.6 and 5.0.1.554.
ERRORS:

Resolution

RESOLUTION 1:
Ensure that the user has the DB_DDLADMIN privilege and the REFERENCES privilege.

RESOLUTION 2:
Upgrade to Toad for SQL Server 5.0.1.554 as the error does not happen in that version. Go to https://support.quest.com, login to your SupportLink account, and download Toad for SQL Server 5.0.1.554.
