Toad Query Builder. The Scroll Bar in the individual table boxes acts or behaves erratically.
Once the height of the table box is adjusted, dragging the scroll bar up or down seems to stop prematurely, it doesn't want to scroll all the way to the top or the bottom. If user keeps on try though, eventually user will be able to scroll all the way to top or bottom.
Also, the scroll bar 'length' does not adjust when the height of the table box is adjusted, and due to this, the scroll bar will sometimes go past the table box itself i.e. it will touch the red x on top or stick out a little at the bottom.
