"Notes Error - Someone else modified this document at the same time" when you send the PAB Replicato (4290045)

When using the PAB Replicator users may see the following error"

Notes Error - Someone else modified this document at the same time.

This error is common when your Notes NSF file has a feature called 'Soft Deletions' or "Allow document locking" enabled.

WORKAROUND 1

Soft Deletions:

1. Select your mail file and choose File | Database | Properties.
2. Click the last tab and de-select 'Allow soft deletions'

WORKAROUND 2

Disable Allow document Locking:

1. Select your mail file and choose File | Database | Properties.
2. Click the First tab and de-select 'Allow document locking'
