When installing Toad for Data Analysis, the installation starts then automatically closes with a Windows Installer error window.
Error:
Windows Installer. V 3.01.4000.1823
msiexec /Option <Required Parameter> [Optional Parameter]

The Windows Installer version is an older version.
Upgrade your Windows Installer version 3.01.4000.1823 to Windows Installer version 3.1.4000.2435. See Microsoft Link below.
