When Remote Support Center (RSC) is integrated with Desktop Authority (DA), selecting the Remote Management section in DA while on the DA server opens the RSC console. Now that DA is web based, if DA is opened on another server or workstation and the Remote Management section is selected, the webpage returns with the error "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage".
When RSC opens on the server it is installed, the URL is https://localhost/RSC/Login.aspx. When opened on another server or workstation, this will result in a "Page not found". To access the console from another machine, the server should be in the URL, https://servername/RSC/Login.aspx
