The user won't get the above message, however, it will be recorded on the Evolve log files. Instead, the user won't be able to log on to Evolve site as the above screenshot shows.
This is because there are more users assigned to a site than there are valid contributor pack licenses (even if the licenses aren’t being used), when you try to login to Evolve website it locks everyone out.
By design - Contributor licenses are not concurrent. They are named. So for example if you buy 10, you can only have 10 editors. If you allocate more than 10 editors then evolve will respond as if there are no valid licensed available.
If there are too many contributors in the enabled models, you can correct it by:
Request more contributor licenses to meet the required number of Contributors or change the current users and switch them to social followers.
