Description
When attempting to use the configuration baselining component of Reporter you receive errors such as:
"Launching wizard failed: The ConnectionString property has not been initialized."
or
"Cannot Connect to the database. Please verify that you can connect to your SQL Server Database"
or
.NET Framework error
"Connection string property has not been initialized" -
Cause
Configuration Baselining database has not been created during install.

Resolution
Run the Quest Reporter Database Setup wizard to create a database on your SQL Server instance.
Navigate to Quest Reporter Database Setup wizard -
Start - Programs - Quest Software - Quest Management Suite - Reporter - Quest Reporter Database Setup
Run through the steps giving details of SQL server and the wizard will create the databases needed for Reporter to collect and store data.
