Messages migrated to a PST show incorrect dates in Outlook. -
Description
Following a migration from a Notes Mail Database or Archive to a PST file, dates are shown incorrectly within Outlook. -
Cause
NME is migrating the dates correctly but this issue can be seen when viewing migrated Sent items with the PST file from an Outlook client. When viewing the PST Outlook usually shows columns based upon the Inbox folder, for example when viewing an Exchange Mailbox in Outlook:
The Inbox folder usually displays columns in this sequence by default:
- "From" "Subject" "Received"
The Sent Items folder usually displays columns in this sequence by default:
- "To" "Subject" "Sent"

Resolution
When Outlook displays Sent Items in a PST the view for the folders is based upon the Inbox. To see the correct columns remove or move the "Received" and "From" Columns and enable the "Sent" and "To" Columns in Outlook's "Advanced View Settings" - "Format Columns" option.
