This hotfix is provided to resolve the upgrade issue described in Resolved issues.
This hotfix provides the installation files for all supported platforms. You can download this hotfix and install the file for the required platform only, or the FglAM-all-5_9_5_1.car file for all platforms.
- On the Cartridge Inventory dashboard, install the file or FglAM-all-5_9_5_1.car file.
- On the Agent Manager dashboard, upgrade all the Windows FglAM clients to version 5.9.5.1.
Note: if you install the hotfix through the FglAM-platform_5.9.5.1_car> file instead of FglAM-all-5_9_5_1.car file, the installers for other platforms will be missing. You will have to reinstall the FglAM-all-5_9_5_1.car file to restore the installers for other platforms.
Verifying successful completion
To determine if this hotfix is installed:
- On the Cartridge Inventory dashboard, check the FglAM-all cartridge version. It should display version 5.9.5.1 for the FglAM-all cartridge.
- On the Agent Manager dashboard, check the Windows Agent Manager version. It should display version 5.9.5.1.
