Running debug gave "Your network administrator can unblock this program for you."
Description

When I run my debugger in Toad, I get the following error message:
"Your network administrator can unblock this program for you"
Resolution

Check with your IT Admin for the following:
1. Please make sure you have Admin Rights or that you are at least Power User
2. Make sure your Windows firewall or the Windows rights is not blocking you from using Toad
