What does the Wait at least xx min after first evaluation do? Does it allow for repeatable alerts -
Description
I want to use the "Wait at least xx after first evaluation" option to specify when the rule will be allowed to fire again and execute the action steps (every 15 minutes). But it does not appear to be working.
