Description
When performing a Move task, using Resource Updating Manager (RUM), the following error occurs after the PC is restarted and attempting to login to the Target domain:
The security database on the server does not have a computer account for this workstation trust relationship.

Cause
SamAccountName for any object can only exist once in a given Forest. With two way trust, the computer can still be seen on the source. -
Resolution
When creating a Move task in a migration, deselect 'Preserve computer account in the source domain'. This will delete the PC samaccountname from the Source Domain when it successfully joins to the Target Domain. Therefore, there is no conflicting samAccountName in the same Forest.
Otherwise, the timing of the move can be too quick, and therefore, the computer account is still visible as enabled on the source. Add another restart of the machine, to your process.
