Description
After processing with CPUU (Client Profile Updating Utility formerly known as EMWProf) some rules are copied to target but disabled (de-selected).

Cause
This can occur when mailbox or contact objects referenced in the rule have not been synchronised by the DSA.
The CPUU log will contain entries of the form:
10/09/2015 11:40:57 AM 7412 [TraceW] Cannot match the recipient. Name: objectname@domain.com. Address: /o=OrgName /ou=OUName /cn=Recipients/cn=ObjectName. Distribution list: No. For distribution lists only: No. Recipient type: GAL Recipient.
As a result, the rule is deselected:

Resolution
This behaviour is by design. Ensure that all GAL objects which are referenced by mailboxes within migration scope are successfully processed by directory synchronisation.
