User's email profiles are missing in Outlook after a successfull Resource Updating was performed. When login to their machine and start Outlook, they are prompted to configure outlook.
This is caused by the Exchange AutoDiscover Service.
The Exchange Auto Discover Service needs to be suppressed as described in following Knowledgebase article:
