Access Denied trying to install Administrative Service -
Description
Attempt to install Administrative Service returns the following error:
Business logic error: Access is denied. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80070005 (E_ACCESSDENIED))

Cause
There are many problems that may cause this type of an error. -
Resolution
One of the causes can be that DCOM has been disabled on the target server. Make sure it is enabled.
Run DCOMCNFG, drill down to Component Services > Computers > My Computer.
Right click and select Properties.
Go to the Default Properties tab and check the Enable Distributed COM box.
