How do I set set 'TRANSACTION ISOLATION' in Toad? (4279350)

How do I set 'TRANSACTION ISOLATION' permanently in Toad. 

For example

   SET TRANSACTION ISOLATION LEVEL READ UNCOMMITTED

I don't want to have to run it before every query.
 

1. Go to Tools | Options
2. Then expand Database | SQL Server
3. On the RHS make sure 'Run script on new connection' is checked
4. Open the file that it is pointing to
    Note: By default it points to C:\Documents and Settings\<user>\Application Data\Quest Software\Toad for SQL Server 5.0\Templates\Scripts\InitialSqlServer.Sql
