I cannot buy a Toad family product online from Quest's eStore. -
Description
I am having an issue purchasing a Toad family product on the Quest website. When I enter characters other than numbers, round brackets or dashes - as is common with European phone numbers - in the Telephone field on the Shipping page, the Continue button when clicked simply reloads the page, without taking the customer to the Billing page.

Cause
Telephone field on the Shipping page does not accept characters other than numbers, round brackets or dashes.

Resolution
WORKAROUND 1:
Enter the number without plus signs or slashes.
For example, use "49 (0) 40 33 31 33 35" instead of "+49 (0)40/33 31 33 35."
WORKAROUND 2:
Contact Quest at sales@quest.com or look up the number to our local branches around the world from http://www.quest.com/company/contact-us.aspx.
