Description

Getting a Security Alert error. "Your current security settings do not allow this file to be downloaded" when trying to export profiles using Internet Explorer.
Cause

Internet Explorer options could be causing this issue.
Resolution

Change security setting in the IE browser.
1. Open Internet Explorer.
2. Click "Tools" in top right corner and then Internet Options.
3. Click on the Security tab.
4. Select the Internet Zone.
5. Click on the Custom Level button and then scroll down to Downloads section.
6. Click the radio button to "Enable" File download.
7. Click Apply and Ok.
8. Restart Internet Explorer and attempt the profile export again.
